Systems of Influence

I am currently working with the leadership within an organisation, using the three stages identified by Margaret Wheatley:

  • Establish networks where like-minded come together
  • Build a community of practice – where common goals link members and the group is self-organising
  • Watch for the emergent properties to strengthen the systems influence.

This three-stage process is proving to be useful and enlightening – so far so good – any thoughts from others on their approaches to systems change would be welcomed.
