Organisational development work at Oztrain
Many of our clients know us well for our facilitation and leadership development work. But Oztrain has a long traditional of providing organisational development and change services to clients in both the public and private sectors. This began as a result of my interest in program evaluation, and the completion of a research Masters at Melbourne University early in my career.
With David Waterford on board as General Manager, the company has increased its profile in this sphere of activity. At this point in time we are working with a major health organisation in the Northern Territory to assist in culture work to support their strategic plan; tourism and economic development agencies in Victoria to develop a new operating model; and a large not for profit in Sydney to align culture with strategy.
