Friday Coaching for Senior Women with Denise Picton
ONE PLACE LEFT IN SERIES ONE
TWO PLACES LEFT IN SERIES TWO
I love running group coaching sessions. Several of my clients ask me to
run them either for managers generally, or for women leaders in
particular. Because these are usually commissioned by a client for their
own staff, I haven't been able to offer places to women who wish to
attend this kind of process as an individual, or perhaps a small group
from one agency.
So....I am going to offer programs of three session on Friday mornings,
aimed at more senior women, but open to women from any organisation.
The minimum number to run the series will be an interest of three people
and the maximum will be nine. At the time of sending I already have two
registrations.
This group will meet and determine what they want to talk about, what
problems they want to find solutions for, and what kinds of input, if
any, they want from me on topics of interest. So the agenda is
determined by the group. The most common topics of interest in other
groups have been dealing with organizational politics, strategic
thinking, managing change, managing the boss, managing tricky people,
saying no, getting your ideas noticed and valued, and dealing with too
much work.
The advantage over individual coaching is that you can compare your own
feelings and experiences with those of a trusted group of women, and
can share successes and techniques with each other in a facilitated
environment. It’s also less expensive than an individual session.
The atmosphere will be relaxed, confidential, focused, practical and enjoyable.
Sessions will run from 9am – 10.30, with a coffee on arrival. The series per person (three sessions) will cost $900 plus gst.
