Professor Margaret Hicks Principal Consultant

Margaret brings strong organisational learning experience to her work as a consultant. She has had over 25 years’ experience as an educator, predominantly in higher education and in executive management roles.

Margaret’s work includes:

• Executive coaching
• Review and evaluation of complex issues
• Facilitation of change management

She is a strategic thinker, who quickly understands the context and has the ability to work well with people to achieve the best outcomes. Margaret is a keen gardener with a love of roses in particular. She enjoys cooking and socialising with family and friends. She loves travelling, but a favourite place is retreating to Goolwa on the South Coast.
