Phil O'loughlin

Phil brings 15 years of experience as a senior human resources executive in the South Australian government to his work as a consultant. Since joining oztrain he has worked with clients in the government, university and the not for profit sectors.

Phil has a strong practical grasp of what is needed to successfully implement change across complex work systems. He builds from a very strong base of knowledge and capability in human resources management with particular strengths in strategy, organisation design and review, industrial relations, policy and applied ethics.

Phil is available to work with clients on human resources strategy, organisation reviews, policy reviews and evaluation and coaching HR staff.

Phil life is animated by an eclectic set of interests and passions including Australian Art, supporting the mighty South Adelaide Panthers in the local football league, reading widely and drinking wine. On a Sunday he is usually to be found lunching with one or more of his three adult sons.
