Assessment Processes

oztrain offers clients access to a range of individual and organisational assessments, including 360-degree feedback processes.  These evidence based tools include: LSI; Facet5; and DiSC.

 LSI

oztrain consultants have many years of experience with the Life Style Inventory (LSI) 360 degree feedback method. The LSI methodology is credible, provides results that have strong ‘face validity’ and leads directly to planning for improvement and personal development. The oztrain consultants who administer and debrief the LSI are accredited in the method, and are accustomed to debriefing senior people. The LSI provides specific feedback about how individuals are seen by others in relation to how they see themselves. The feedback is always rigorous and and provides a strong evidence base for a coaching program.  For more information contact Dr Alastair Dow - or read more about LSI.

Facet5

Facet5 is a personality questionnaire specifically designed by Psychologists for use by management in organisations. It produces a comprehensive multi part report on how an individual behaves at work. Facet5 is easily and effectively applied across the entire employee life-cycle. Whether coaching, building a team, integrating a new employee, developing leaders, identifying and segmenting talent or looking at organisational culture and change, Facet5 works with individuals, teams and organisations to realise their full potential. For more information contact David Waterford - or read more about Facet5.

DiSC

The DiSC® assessment is a versatile and useful tool for profiling personality and behaviour.  DiSC is as much prescriptive as it is descriptive. In other words, the assessment and debrief process spends as much time on increasing productivity and interpersonal interactions as it does describing the respondent's natural behavioural style. For more information contact Denise Picton - or read more about DiSC.
